The goal of the interaction is to land the job, not to yell into the void.
If you’re interviewed by an LLM, you need strategies that give you the best odds at escalating your resume up the chain. Idk if that means using an LLM to write for you. But I might consider looking up injection attacks and exploits to trigger an escalation of your resume. Possible that an LLM can help you formulate the strategy, but I suspect the actual work product will need to be customized by a human to have the best chance of success.

And for the other things, it’s probably a matter of scale - if i can use LLMs to apply for 3 times the jobs than i could without, i’d say that my chances became better, not worse. But yeah, for the jobs you would really like to land a human touch is for sure the better strategy.
Llms quite literally predict and mimic human writing. Its why so many people (unfortunately) use it as a friend, partner, or therapist.

Sad thing is chat bots are a very old technology. The first ones were being used by people 50+ years ago and even back then people would talk to them like a real person and go into AI psychosis. LLM is a really good mimick and copycat generator, but that’s about it.

Job searching is literally one massive humiliation ritual. The whole process is tailored to make you happy about accepting a shit deal.
Be prepared for when you are hired, you are pushed to use AI as much as possible.
I have seen crazy videos of where people even in video interviews are using AI to live generate a script and reading that. Now some companies require you to share screen to avoid that but people will put their phone under the screen where the camera can’t see it instead. I think soon we will return to in person interviews.
So in this case would you travel into their office and use their computer to to talk to their ai while cameras in the room watch you to ensure you aren’t talking to your ai, or would that role be delegated to an entry level interview proctor
