  • Gloating does neither you or anyone else any good.

You are right. Multiple players on the left brought up the interview question to Kamala: is there anything in Biden’s administration you would’ve done differently?

Her response: There isn’t anything that comes to mind. Complete with a confused look on her face.

That was a huge opportunity lost that absolutely did cost this election. It’s that wishy washy thing DEMs run on. Ofc I voted for her, Cluster B personality disorders shouldn’t be in charge of the worlds largest military, or, human beings, or, animals.

  • It happened because people are dumb. They think he’s bringing 2016-2020 prices with him. He’s not. There was dumb in the Harris campaign approach too, but that would add too much for one post. I voted for her, but even so.

And remember what’s on the slash list: social security and Medicare. How many of you 45+ people have a retirement? Anything you start now won’t be enough without the benefit of social security. Which you should get because you’ve been buying into it your entire work life.

And remember Elon? The guy said well have to learn to tighten our belts for a while. Endure some hardship. Like we haven’t been doing that already. I wonder if unions will be federally legal after he’s done.

Preexisting conditions anyone? You’re well and truly fucked.

Small business? Well. That’s not happening.

Wanna buy a house? Yea that’s still not happening either.

    Rent going down? Again. No.

    The list goes on.

My partner last night before he went to bed in a Benadryl induced sleep: I’m going to be spending more time in the woods if he wins. No you’re not. You’re going to be working 60hrs a week to keep up and so am I.

Which will probably be the point of the Elon Musk / Trump economy.

  • The republicans we know said today to expect trouble and to gas up and get groceries and just hunker down for a while. Which is not at all ominous.

I won’t be watching. I’m going out to my shop at 8. No internet out there. And probably not emerging until dead of night or early morning. Then, like a lot of other women, I’ll check on my status as a person going forward.

My other half is taking Benadryl and forcing himself to go to bed. He’s given strict instructions not to wake him, even if it’s good news, with a clear Kamala win. (Yea, trouble later, but it’ll still tell us what We The People decided up front, and that means a lot.)

  • Sounds like talk you’d find in the same corners where twisted pedophilic “men” discuss teenagers as the only good females, and that minors absolutely should be married off at that age.

Again, I refer to Granny Weatherwax talking about people treated as objects being the basis of sin. Sans religion, just basic sin in regards to living in a society of human beings.

  • This person twisted up the authors note. As academics in the Middle East, a person with Atwood made a statement to the effect of: thankfully this could never happen in the United States. Atwood’s response was to dive into the predominant religion: Christianity, and make it so based further on US political culture.

Abrahamic religions, all three, can get pretty fundamentally awful. Have you read the rules and regs in the Old Testament? There’s a reason evangelicals cherry pick things from it and don’t live by it.

  • Because as a cluster B personality disorder, the primary statement made when negative but truthful statements are made about them is: nuh-uh. To be clearer: no, they are doing it, not me. “They” being whomever the cluster B personality disorder deems their enemy at the time. (They always have an enemy, of sorts.). Sometimes it’s a vehement: no, YOU are doing this, not me.

It’s a playbook of behavior with cluster B personality disorder that occurs like clockwork.

Cluster B is borderline psychosis due to the alternative realities they present to self and others, which is simply where they exist. There is also high dysfunction for relationships, but not enough life dysfunction to get them institutionalized, most of the time. They are deeply sick individuals in need of help, in need of long term therapy.

So here we are. A vehement denial of behaviors, and a demonization of the ones daring to describe negative behaviors out loud.

  • And this will be the twist around, the sophistry applied to objections going forward. An accusation of violence where there is none. Granted, that’s the cluster B personality playbook: accuse others of what you yourself are doing. (See: DSM-V). And since MAGA republicans are embracing the cluster B playbook, the above is not surprising, but expected.

Bloodless coup quote extracted from a far right YouTube. The gentleman on display is the president of the heritage foundation, the heritage foundation is heavily involved in writing Project 2025. Context: discussing Supreme Court decision re presidential immunity paving the way to what is needed for the bloodless coup.
