I can’t say I entirely disagree with you, but the death camps thing is a bit much. In a hypothetical scenario where that is actually accurate, wouldn’t that make people like Thomas Crooks a martyr? Are you really willing to go there?

It isn’t subjective. Voters will tell you why they didn’t turn out or voted third party. The economy is important, but Harris turning to Mark Cuban to push establishment messaging wasn’t a good selling point either.

The arsonist in this scenario would be the corporate Democrat consultants and Kamala herself. You run the same campaign in 4 more years and you’ll get another Republican. It is time for self-reflection and people to demand change in the Democratic party. Failing to do that is exactly why Trump got re-elected.

This was totally the fault of Democrats. They are the reason they lost. Blaming anyone else or acting like it was just a coincidence is nothing more than denying reality. Israel and the Cheney parade definitely played a role. The negative ads targeting progressives like Jill Stein played a role. Kamala hiding from progressive networks that would ask real questions played a role. The Democratic party has become nothing more than a dysfunctional corporate bureaucracy that thinks they can convince everyone that shit is gold.

That’s not how I saw the photo. I didn’t see it as being a Republican on one side and Democrat on the other. I saw it being an establishment Democrat on one side and a Bernie-like progressive on the other.

You missed my point entirely. My point was that we wouldn’t have Trump had Democrats focused on popular progressive messaging and not the align with the Cheney’s, always support genocide, pro-corporate messaging.

The only one being naive here is you. I don’t think it will stop cause Trump won. It will likely get worse. Democrats could have stopped it though, but their “we’re terrible, but the other guy is worse” messaging isn’t as effective as “no more genocide.”

Agreed 100%. It’s the refusal to self-reflect and attacks on anyone who dare to question that turns people away. Not only is Bill Clinton a terrible campaign messenger, but he was chastising Arab-americans in Michigan for being against genocide. Just like Obama was blaming black men.

Well, why you blame me who lives in a solid blue state so me voting Jill Stein had no impact on the electoral college, and you blame Jill Stein despite the fact that Kamala would have lost even if she wasn’t on the ticket, the fascist you helped get elected is now in power because you refused to ever blame your own party and demand that they change. We don’t just get two options and I never said Trump was a better choice. Do you think Trump was a better choice? In a battle of two evils, you don’t pick the other evil. You either move, tear down the system, or do nothing cause you’re fucked if you do and fucked if you don’t.
