Hyena?
I swear I’m not Jessica
Hyena?
35 zone isn’t as bad as a 25. People often drive at highway speeds already 🙄
Why does she keep saying that when she knows she’s gonna get whipped? 🤔
Why pool toys in particular? Is it just because they’re human sized? Is Helen Parr once again responsible?
Memes are probably more used than rorschach tests nowadays, but that’s because the tests are outdated and compromised by everyone knowing about them. They are also dubiously useful to begin with, as they don’t completely avoid the issue of having the therapist guide the patient’s answers. Memes would be even more problematic in guiding answers.
Memes and social media already factor into studies, but I doubt they’ll ever be a therapeutic tool. They could never be up to date, and they often rely on complex cultural connections to generate their humor. At most, we’ll see funny comics or captioned images used, but they’d never be like wild internet memes.
I originally got it from a ShaveYourEyebrows meme I’ve yet to share! Imma post it right now.
It’s fucking awful. I feel guilty for not pushing back harder when the “not all men” crowd shows up, especially in the community I mod. I’ve been giving them too much benefit of the doubt in an attempt to not ruin the vibes. I won’t make that mistake again.
Senukin also has other funny comics. Brainrot gf is her most popular one.
I’m kinda tired of arguments that expect the minoritized group to not “radicalize” the majority group. Why is it on the people who are being oppressed to not offend people aren’t even necessarily oppressors? Honestly, this comment is tone deaf as fuck.
I actually think the movement is a bad idea, but for another reason. I just think it’s unreasonable to ask people to avoid relationships. The male dating pool is totally fucked for girls, but if you have desires, they shouldn’t be denied. Even as a bi gal who generally prefers girls and isn’t looking to date guys, I won’t rule out men. The vast majority are undatable, but that’s because so many of them aren’t raised right. They aren’t taught proper empathy and respect for others, never having a chance at being good partners. It’s a systemic problem, only further reinforced by the internet and toxic male culture.
They aren’t taught that they NEED to constantly earn women’s trust and love. They aren’t taught that kindness AND strength are what women generally look for. Be a fucking hero who fights for his loved ones. Make her feel safe, not in danger if she doesn’t “pay up.” Be ambitious AND kind.
Putting the Nazi in Grammar Nazi?
Cops are agents of violence, not designed to perform any duty beyond being the government’s muscle. Even when they do useful things like shutting down roads so the fire department can clean up car crashes, they’re doing that as a wall of force.
However, the main thing people don’t understand about violence is that IT IS NEVER NON-LETHAL. Any less-lethal tool of violence, from tear gas to tasers, can kill. Rubber bullets and choakholds can kill! Even fucking pepper spray CAN KILL!
I blame the media for showing heroes subduing people by knocking them unconscious. The entire concept is total fantasy; a cheap writing trick to prevent main characters from being murderers. If someone is unconscious for more than a few moments, they likely have serious brain damage.
Batman being able to never kill is absurd fantasy logic that people go on to believe. Statistics dictate that eventually someone will die. Cops will always kill people. It’s their job. We shouldn’t rely on them for anything else, and attempting to use them as the main tool for reducing crime is a fool’s errand.
I was more talking about never assuming good faith when dealing with. Obviously Reagan and Bush were inconsistent, but it is possible to negotiate with terms that they will choose to follow. These negotiations wouldn’t be built on trust, but accurate assessments of self interest. No trust is needed in that sort of deal.
Fascists can be easier to predict if you ignore their words and look at their actions. They don’t behave consistently with words, but they do behave consistently in strategy.
No. Even if you like Hasan, no.
