Personally, I am guessing that the American Dollar will end up like the Weimer Republic’s currencies.

I am removing my life savings from the bank and turning them into Euros. Everyone’s economy will dip, but I am pretty certain America will have a Greater Depression. Unlike the Great Depression or the Weimer Republic, the annihilation of government agencies and fiscal instruments is deliberate & total.

I just hope that the EU and other major powers blacklist Yarvin’s Cabal from living or operating in their territories. The 1%'s money is tainted, as it would surely be used to corrode and destroy countries as it had the US.

I know an old hardware store, the kind that is about half the size of a Home Depot. That building and the lot around it has been empty for nearly a decade by now. Aside from likely being dilapidated from not having humans, it should be a pretty good building for stowing gear. Hopefully, my Euros when converted into dollars will be able to buy cheap real estate for a good cause.

Many times more than $500, but far below $100,000. In any case, I am thinking that if WW3 starts up, I can buy war bonds from the places that oppose Dogey America. Probably fiscally safer and more effective than buying ammo as an individual, since states can do better bulk purchases and negotiations with that money. Hopefully my neck of the woods would disobey Trump orders to outlaw the purchase of foreign war bonds.

I am guessing that Musk will create a Muskcoin, and offer to ‘sell’ it for a preferable rate to the US government. Coincidentally, the Muskcoin uses the X Everything platform for all transactions.

With each day that passes, I am becoming more convinced that shifting 99% of my money into Euros is the right call.

The one cold comfort I take away from this, is that the civil war against Dogey America would end faster than if the bastards were competent.

The Avatar episode about No War in Ba Sing Se would fit in as well. Oh, and the opening episodes of the classic Battlestar Galactica - the Cylons attack when the opposition is gathered for a peace conference. We might relate if WW3 starts.

*Avatar: The Last Airbender, episode 14, “City of Walls and Secrets”.

*Babylon 5: seasons 4 and 5 focus on the civil war with Earth. In one of the episodes, Sheriden asks incoming warships about what they are supposed to do when issued illegal orders. We could use a supercut of B5 that is solely concerned with the civil war, since the series is filled with many unrelated plot threads.

On that note, Mac’s Lore did an episode that summarizes the civil war.

*V: An alien invasion, in which the aliens literally wear human skin to make themselves appear normal. Aside from eating mice and things, they institute fascism. The series is all about forming a resistance against them. There is also a reboot of V, but I don’t recall which series got to their conclusion.

Unfortunately, the Traitor in Chief really likes Hitler and enjoys giving Putin a reacharound. I don’t like our odds for having peace.

Considering the shadow fleet, attempted assassinations, and assorted sabotage Russia has committed against the EU, I think a formal declaration of war would be warranted. The longer that Putin and Russia is allowed to live, the more likely that the US and Russia would spit roast Europe.

It is best to kill Russia before the United States formally declares war against the EU.

Wise is definitely on my radar. I will go for it. Also, I should get my passport if I can. Who knows what kinds of interesting times we will live in?

I think that if the Good Guys replace Nazi America with something new, they should engineer a new economic system where everybody’s survival is guaranteed. If you have basic but genuine shelter, food, utilities, and so forth to rely upon, you can go out to protest or strike without worrying much about your wellbeing.

The current economy might as well be willfully designed to keep an economic boot on our necks. We can’t afford the time, risk, or afford travel to do what is right. We should make money not used for survival, instead making it solely for buying luxury goods - a fancy car that isn’t government issue, meals that aren’t Generic Corn Flakes #1, and so forth.

Capitalism is good for supplying the demand for things that align with a person’s hobbies and interests, but is utterly worthless when it comes to survival. We should fix that, by ensuring that billionaires cannot exist, and use their freed capital to fund a genuine UBI for all.

I want to see a gun duel between Luigi and Trump. We can put together an Old West stage town, and let it play out.

I really hope that the EU introduces a global payment and banking system that is agnostic. I don’t want to be under MasterVisa’s thumb, and would prefer to keep the bulk of my money as Euros instead of American Dollars. Problem is, as an American, I can’t readily use Euros in my daily life.

Here’s hoping the EU can strike up a solution with Blue States, so that I don’t need to ask Musk for permission to buy anything.
