I thought 50501 was more of a loose collective of groups coming together for this. That’s what was originally on their site. When that happens though it leads to a huge opening for existing groups with the infrastructure in place to kind of swoop in and take over.

We are always going to need a vanguard pushing us left - Malcolm X was just as successful as MLK Jr. However, MLK worked with politicians to make reforms become real. We need both. If you want to agitate on the sidelines, at least do it with purpose.
