Fact is countries continued supporting Israel, knowing what was happening. They’re clearly getting something out of the situation if they’re willing to defy voters to keep funding it.
The geopolitical situation that civilians never really get to see is the most likely cause.
It’s not like Canada’s liberal government is just sitting there going, “man I love it when allies kill civilians, we should keep sending them money despite it costing us votes in the election”
Because intelligence agencies are known for letting the public know exactly what they know…

He’s quite a well known pollster. Up until recently he was responsible for Five Thirty Eight, but it got sold and he left.
He got the 2016 election wrong (71 Hilary, 28 trump) He got the 2020 election right (89 Biden, 10 Trump)
Right and wrong are the incorrect terms here, but you get what I mean.
Yea, generally when it’s your government that loses the war and collapses, you don’t get much say in how your country gets divvied up afterwards. A lot of displaced jews needed a spot after the holocaust, so it made sense to do this.
Those foreign countries were right to invade Israel and kill people? You fucking hypocrite.
Reparations? Again you’re being hypocritical, you’re asking for Palestinians to be given their own country in the spots they were prior to the formation of Israel. Why shouldn’t the natives just be given the entire US back based on that logic? You willing to move back to whatever country your ancestors moved away from?
Rules for thee, but not for me. It’s easy to demand things that don’t cost YOU anything.
Here’s hoping Trump pulls a Biden tomorrow.
Ah yes, all western intelligence agencies are dumber than you are.
Definitely the rational argument right there.
You don’t for one second think that the decisions they’re making are based on information they have access to that you do not?
Why even bother having intelligence agencies if the public news just shows everyone everything they could ever need to know to be able to make decisions.
You literally aren’t capable, because none of the information you’re getting is first hand, you don’t get to see the full scope of the situation, nor do you have the background or education to understand to interpret that data even if you had it.
The people that do have those capabilities (namely the intelligence groups of the western governments we all live in) are still supporting Israel, although they’ve asked nicely for them to not be quite so open in murdering civilians if they can avoid it. Just like the US got asked nicely not to do the same thing when they invaded the middle east and killed a half million civilians.
This is textbook Dunning Kruger on your part.
Israel was created by the UN after the fall of the ottoman empire when they support the axis on the world wars.
They were then invaded by 5 neighbouring countries the day after the British protectorate ended because those neighbours disagreed with the UN approved borders.
You’re all hyped up about this, and yet live in a country that took all its land from someone else and also names roads and monuments after the people that stole that land.
Congrats, you’ve fallen victim to Iranian propaganda.
Oh they were seen before… in the 1930s
You mean Hezbollah right?
Because Hezbollah has been attacking Israel from Syria and Lebanon.
You’re not under the impression that the war is strictly between Israel and Palestinians are you?
Israel is being attacked by multiple terrorist groups funded by outside countries like Iran, and has been for decades now.
The current war is nothing but a proxy war between bigger powers, with the Palestinians getting the short end of the stick.
The US is under attack, but they’re attacking the minds of the population.
Unfortunately the population doesn’t seem to care, or worse.
The sentencing will definitely happen, it’s a state level case and he’s already been found guilty. There’s nothing almost anyone can do to stop the process from continuing at this point.
What two things?
You were trying to say that Hamas could not set up outside of residential buildings by saying the area is too dense with people for that to be possible.
It’s not. It’s not even close to too dense for that.
Go look at the Satellite maps of Gaza, there’s tons of space they could set up if they didn’t want to risk civilians. Literally half of gaza is farm fields.
UNOSAT analysis shows that the agricultural extent in the Gaza Strip is estimated to be 178 sq. km, accounting for approximately 49% of the total area of Gaza, following an extensive land cover analysis.
Nah, the kids are rarely intentional when you’re that stupid.
You’re so poorly travelled that you simply don’t understand how poorly developed the US is when it comes to cities and density.
Metro LA is the 57th largest city in the world, but the 72nd most dense city in the top 80 cities by population in the entire world.
At the end of the day, you were the one that asserted that Gaza was one of the most dense places in the world, and I gave evidence proving it isn’t even close to the most dense places in the world. Now you’re trying to play off your error like this is about LA being dense or not.
Indiscriminate? They literally targeted orders by the military groups.
That’s pretty fucking discriminate.
