The more I read about Marie the more I think she needs to be somewhere other than Congress. I’m calling on Washington’s third district to consider putting up somebody else. Someone that will protect the rights of all Americans.

What utter horseshit. That is not a reason. If she had voted no, that would’ve caused it to pass the senate? The big issue here is might be tricky to replace her. 3rd district isn’t exactly blue.
