No he didn’t. Each election, he’s gotten more votes than the prior one.

2016: 63.0 million (46.1% of votes cast)

2020: 74.2 million (46.8%)

2024: 75.8 million (51.3%) - there are still some outstanding votes to be counted, so this will likely go up.
