Mine is that every “coffee” that has something more than sugar is a coffee-based beverage and not a coffee
My friend says - if you don’t like unsweetened baker’s chocolate you don’t like chocolate.
“You like cream and sugar, not coffee.” Just, I couldn’t stand to try and argue with the guy because it matter so very fucking little to me but enough for me to remember the inanity of the argument.
I like my sugar with coffee and cream, actually.
When people say this about a frou-frou latte, I just tell them I don’t actually care - I usually drink black decaf but if I’m paying 6USD for a coffee, I’m making them work for it.
